Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating a LeadSweep account or using any part of the service, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use LeadSweep.

These terms apply to all users, including free-tier users, Pro subscribers, and Enterprise subscribers.

2. Account Responsibilities

When you create an account, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration.
• Keep your password secure and not share it with others.
• Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account at legal@leadsweep.ai.
• Be responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

Each account is for a single user (or a single team on Enterprise plans). You may not share login credentials across multiple people on free or Pro plans.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use LeadSweep to:

• Send unsolicited bulk email (spam) or violate CAN-SPAM, GDPR, CASL, or any applicable email laws.
• Harvest, scrape, or collect email addresses or data from third-party sources in violation of those sources' terms.
• Harass, threaten, or abuse any individual.
• Upload, transmit, or store content that is illegal, defamatory, obscene, or infringes on intellectual property rights.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other users' data or LeadSweep's systems.
• Use the service for any purpose that is illegal under applicable law.
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of LeadSweep.
• Use automated scripts to interact with the service in ways not provided by the official API or UI.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules, with or without prior notice.

4. Your Data

You own your data. The leads, notes, email templates, and all other content you create in LeadSweep belong to you.

• You can export your leads to CSV at any time from within the app — no lock-in.
• You can delete your account and all associated data at any time.
• We do not claim any intellectual property rights over your data.
• By using LeadSweep, you grant us a limited license to store and process your data for the sole purpose of providing the service to you.

5. Service Availability

We provide LeadSweep on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis. We do not guarantee 100% uptime or error-free operation.

• Free-tier users do not receive any uptime SLA or guaranteed response times for support.
• Pro and Enterprise users receive best-effort support via email.
• We will endeavor to provide advance notice of planned maintenance, but this is not guaranteed.

6. Modifications to the Service

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of LeadSweep at any time. We will make reasonable efforts to notify users of significant changes via email or an in-app announcement.

We may add, change, or remove features at any time. We may also change pricing with 30 days' notice to existing paying subscribers.

7. Payments and Subscriptions

The Free plan is free forever — no credit card required. Paid plans (Pro and Enterprise) are billed monthly or annually as selected at checkout.

• Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled before the renewal date.
• You may cancel your subscription at any time; access continues until the end of the current billing period.
• We do not offer refunds for partial months on monthly plans. Annual plans may be refunded within 14 days of purchase if you have not sent more than 100 emails or imported more than 50 leads.
• Prices are listed in USD and are exclusive of any applicable taxes.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, LeadSweep and its operator shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of revenue, loss of data, or loss of business opportunities, arising from your use of or inability to use the service.

Our total cumulative liability to you for any claims arising from these terms or your use of LeadSweep shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim, or $100 USD, whichever is greater.

Some jurisdictions do not allow limitations on liability — in those cases the above limitations may not fully apply to you.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

LeadSweep is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, secure, error-free, or that any defects will be corrected.

10. Termination

Either party may terminate these terms at any time:

• You: delete your account from the settings page or email legal@leadsweep.ai. Your data will be permanently deleted within 30 days.
• Us: we may suspend or terminate your account for violations of these terms, non-payment, or other reasons with or without prior notice. For non-violation terminations, we will provide at least 14 days' notice.

Upon termination, you retain the right to export your data for 30 days. After that period, data will be permanently deleted.

11. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Maryland, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Anne Arundel County, Maryland.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. When we make material changes, we will notify you by email at least 14 days before the changes take effect.

Continued use of LeadSweep after the effective date of updated terms constitutes acceptance of those changes.
